Attorney Gerald Schwab, Jr. concentrates his practice in criminal law and personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, criminal defense, juvenile law, military law, misdemeanors, personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, and DUIs.   From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Schwab served with the California Army National Guard and with the U.S. Army in the Persian Gulf War.  He graduated with a Bachelor's in Science from California State University, Fresno, and earned his Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law.  Mr. Schwab is a member of the San Joaquin College of Law Alumni Association, the Fresno County Bar Association, and California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.  He is admitted to the State Bar of California.
